Blood is a connective tissue composed of red blood cells, white blood cells, and blood platelets. Why is it that we can see blood cells only with a microscope?

The answer is simple because its microscopic and can only be viewed under a microscope.  

Because Blood cells are like Microorganisms that can not be seen with the keen eye, it can only be seen with the help of a microscope.
