A difference is that although both were similar in terms of battle, they took place in different locations. The French Revolution, as its name says, took place in France. And the American Revolution took place in England and parts of the United States. Have a nice day! :)

The French Revolution and the American Revolution were different because...? Let's make a little compare & contrast chart. French Revolution : * Of course, was in France. * Lasted 10 years. * Caused by financial debts. American Revolution :  * Took part in the United States. * Lasted 18 years (WOW!) * Caused by the fact that the government thought that they could unnecessarily tax people ridiculous taxes.  There are a TON of differences, I just did not write them all :) ~Hope I helped!~
