There are many lifestyle choices one can make to improve one's healthiness.  Most common here include eating healthier (including a varied amount of vegetables as well as fruits, nuts, seeds, lean meat, good fats, and other important sources of macro and micronutrients) performing more physical activity (here we can include going to the gym, cycling, running, etc), doing more cognitive activities, perhaps meditating, as well as socializing more.
