I'm currently taking Integrated Physics and Chemistry, and I'm working on a project that includes having to know the resistance force of an object. I'm a homeschooler and I don't have all the proper equipment, so I had to watch the video they provided to answer the questions. I looked back through my lessons, and I can't find the answer I need. How do I find the resistance if I know the effort force of an object, along with the length and height of the ramp that the object is being pulled along? (I need to calculate AMA and efficiency with the resistance later on in the experiment.)

So you want to fins the resistance of the object.
