In an egalitarian society, everyone has equal rights and equal importance to the community. Men and women contribute to the welfare of the group. However, men do not want to be equal with women. They wanted to lead or rule over the group. They wanted to have more; more power, more possession, and more consideration from the society. Thus, lower density of men in an egalitarian society signify that men do not accept equal or fair sharing of rights and values. They prefer to be superior and looked upon as of higher standing.
