A. Is correct, the sun is one of billions of stars in the galaxy, and many of them are similar to the sun. There are even stars bigger than the sun, the sun is the medium size of star, which is yellow, bigger stars are blue and smaller ones are red.

The answer would be, the Sun is only one of billions of stars in the galaxy, but it is much smaller than any of the other stars if you're talking about the average mass of the whole galaxy of stars. Including supergiants. Unless your talking about physical appearances, then it would be, the Sun is only one of billions of stars in the galaxy, many of which are very similar to the Sun.
