The best option that illustrates the nativist sentiments of the 1920s would be "(B) The reemergence of the Ku Klux Klan and the passage of the National Origins Act" since both of these formed primarily in order to intimidate "non-natives" from coming to the US--especially people who were black, Jewish, Catholic, etc.
