The answer is letter B.  Diabetes is not a lifestyle risk factor for cardiovascular disease. It is actually a different type of chronic disease that is common in most populations as surveyed by the World Health Organization (WHO). The disease is usually caused by heredity, poor eating habits, or both. There are two types of Diabetes and these are: Type I and Type II diabetes. Type I Diabetes is when a person has an above-normal level of blood glucose/sugar; Type II Diabetes is when a person is insulin-dependent or sugar-dependent.
