E. The Germans!  Though the Russians suffered great losses and ALMOST lost and technically lost the town but the battle was not over so in  the end the Germans ultimately lost more!  Some say this battle was the turning point of the war because the Germans were on their heels the rest of the war.  Also none of the others were involved.
